You may return merchandise purchased at ArrowBuy.com if it meets the guidelines below. Not all products are returnable. If you would like to return or exhange due to a defective item, simply contact ArrowCS@ArrowBuy.com for a Return Authorization number (RA#) before shipping it back to us.
Guidelines
All returns must be made in original condition and include all accessories. You will receive a refund for your purchase only if it meets the criteria below.
14-Day Return Period
Fourteen days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on computers, monitors, notebook computers, projectors, camcorders, digital cameras, and radar detectors.
30-Day Return Period
Thirty days from the date merchandise was received, refunds are available on the remainder of our products (see exceptions below).
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on opened items. This fee applies unless the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item.
*If the original item is opened and is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may request for a refund or an exchange without a restocking fee.
The original and return shipping and handling charge will ONLY be refunded if the item was defective or damaged during shipping.
Exceptions
The following items are not returnable:
- Labor and/or installation services
- Items that are abused
- Opened computer software, movies, music and video games
- Bath & Body products
- Beauty Items
- Vitamins
- Wedding Favors
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC), warranty cards, and or product components cannot be returned.
Return Instructions:
Please send the product back to us only when you have received a Return Authorization Number from us. Ship the item via a trackable shipping method, to the following address:

Please include the following information for us to process your return:
- Copy of the original invoice, circle the product returning.
- Reason for the return.
- If the product is defective, please describe briefly the problem of the product. Please also include your Phone/Camera/Ipod Model (if apply) for us to determine the problem.
- If exchange, please indicate what other product you like in exchange.
- Address to ship back the product to.
- Your current email address and phone number.
Please be advised that you can expect a replacement or a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your returned item.
